• Hiring activity: We may receive or collect professional information from candidates, employers, and publicly available professional sources. This can include work history, skills, contact details, role interests, availability, and notes from screening conversations.

How we use information

We use relevant information to answer inquiries, understand open roles, source and assess potential candidates, confirm their interest, manage a talent database for future searches, operate and secure our services, and meet legal obligations. AI-assisted tools may help organize and evaluate professional information; hiring experts review candidates and speak with them before introductions. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

We seek consent where required and explain material new purposes before using information for them. We contact candidates to confirm interest before introducing them to a prospective employer. We may share relevant information with that employer, with service providers that support hosting, email, or AI-assisted work, or where required by law.

Retention and security

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Please avoid sending sensitive identification or financial details in an ordinary demo-request email.
