These terms govern your use of the public website operated by PlacePeak Inc. (“PlacePeak”), a company based in Toronto, Ontario. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What this website provides

The website describes PlacePeak and lets you request a demo by email. Its product video shows a fictional Acme Co. workspace and anonymized sample candidates. It is an illustration, not a live customer account or a promise of particular features, results, hiring timelines, or candidate availability.

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Any paid services or platform access will be governed by a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You may view the website for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to extract content in a way that burdens the website or violates applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

The PlacePeak name and logo belong to PlacePeak Inc. Other website content may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or publish website content commercially without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except as the law allows.

Availability and liability

We may update, suspend, or remove website content at any time. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but provide the public website on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
